Both Double and Triple Ristrettos Simultaneously?

I wish I knew how this cafe offered both double and triple ristrettos simultaneously. Separate grinders and portafilters for each?

    This is Think Coffee, specifically the Mercer Street location, I believe. This is an old picture (the espresso milkshake hasn’t been around for a while). They do have different portafilters for the double and triple, and you’re a pretentious snob if you think two different grinders are required to pull this off. How is this any more difficult than having a single and double basket?
