The Disk Filter from Coava Coffee

This is a stainless steel Aeropress filter manufactured by Coava Coffee Able Brewing. You could say that it’s a companion piece to their stainless steel Kone, but so far the results stand completely on their own. My very first Aeropress (using Coava’s Costa Rica Helsar and Ben’s inverted method) yielded surprising clarity and sweetness. Surprising because I assumed that my very first attempt would be awful.

For $15 I highly recommend trying it yourself. Especially if you own a Bunn Trifecta.

    RBC sells the kone, but the disk is brand new. They’ll probably get it thererneventually.
