Some good information there. Unfortunately the article is chock full of mistakes, especially in the espresso sections. Who’s up for editing it?

Sounds like a job for Andy Schecter and Jim Schulman.

A peek at the history (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Coffee_extraction&action=history) shows “Nbarth” as the main contributor. I’ve seen his name on other coffee Wikipedia topics. nnGood gawd. The Third_Wave_Coffee article is suddenly 3x bigger than before, and full of spam!
