Everything But Espresso by Scott Rao

Scott Rao has just published his sequel to ”The Professional Barista’s Handbook”. If you’ve read the first book then this is just as exciting for you as it is for me. “Everything But Espresso” will be available for shipping on April 17th and focuses on, well, everything but espresso.

    Whether political parties or coffee books, I’ve always found it odd – and a bit of an identity crisis – to promote something on what it isn’t rather than what it is.

    I just finished this book, and I have to say that it was fantastic and eye opening. I’ve been doing experiments and I have to say that on every account I’ve been able to test, Rao has been right. Now if I just get my hands on a refractometer…

    I think the title works just fine.
