Cupping Esmeralda with Ritual Roasters

Ritual Roasters in San Francisco, California got some nice slide show action when News Day stopped by to watch them cup samples for the Panama Esmeralda auction that just occurred.  Of course, the photo shoot happened before the auction.  So naturally I had to go back to the auction results to double check whether or not they ended up buying any.

And lo and behold they did!  They seem to have secured some Mario Pascua in conjunction with Equator Estate Coffees and Teas, Barefoot, and Flying Goat.  It’s a small lot that’s being divided four different ways, so if I were you I’d go in there and ask them when exactly you can try it.  It will be a very small window.
