Coffee Cuts Exercise-Induced Asthma

New research suggests that coffee after exercise is good for you.  But  coffee before exercise is good for you too.  Why would anyone even question this?

    In my past I've been diagnosed with 'exercised induced asthma. And no, I was not a coffee drinker at that time. Funny to see this topic surface.
