Allison Hemier’s third Serious Eats post focuses on sustainability, and includes a photo from Tonx. Allison says she’s “not drinking the kool-aid” while promoting Starbucks green buying practices, and to be fair, she does seem to be taking a fairly objective and thoughtful approach to the topic.
