Billy Wilson in Portland Monthly Magazine

There’s a nice article about Billy Wilson in the current issue of Portland Monthly Magazine.  The article is about his cafe (Barista) offering different beans from different roasters, violating the exclusivity that roasters typically enjoy with their wholesale clients.  Is it a new concept?  Not entirely.  Is Billy worth celebrating?  Absolutely, 100%.  Even the NY Times Frugal Traveler figured it out.
