Yes he made a mess yesterday, but it was well worth it. He finished almost all of our plumbing requirements.

Yessssss! Not sure if you, (Kevin and Mike) know I moved to the city last September, but I gotta tell ya, I haven’t had a decent cup of coffee since. Well, actually I did get out to W’burg for a great cup of joe, but it’s a long way to go from Morningside Heights. So is Nolita but I’ll make the trip. When is it actually going to be open? Have fun and I’ll see you soon.
