Barista Manual

It’s been years in the making, but version 1.0 of our Barista Manual has been published. Why version 1.0? As all veterans are well aware the science of coffee is an ever evolving process. Theories are constantly challenged and tweaked, techniques are further refined. We welcome constructive criticism and hope to release updates to this manual as time goes on. With over 120 pages of info based on our experience in the industry, we hope to gather more and more information as time goes by. Click the pic for more info.

You won't find my arm in there... but for 2.0 I'm going to sneak into the pictures for Tamp Team, Latte Art Club and Yearbook Committee. Maybe a superlative... like most changed since Juna's Cafe.

Had fun in Mr. Cuddeback's economics class... let's swim at 2nd dam this summer!
