QT on the East Side

NYC had the distinct pleasure of playing host to a well rounded group of coffee professionals this weekend. Kyle, Tonx, and Gabe all braved heavy snowfall in the Midwest and fierce winds in the East to rally for a weekend full of coffee and carousing. The group met up in Chelsea to check out the twin clovers with Chris and Caroline at Grumpy and were joined by Baristas from as far away as DC.

There were cameras, drinks (of various sorts), cafe crawls, and revelry. Then there were apologizes the next day.

I had a great time with these guys and am glad to have had such an opportunity. Gabe is one of my oldest and closest friends, and Tony and Kyle are two guys whose company I never realized I would enjoy so much.

Thank you all for coming. It was a blast. I hope we can have similar experiences again in the future.
